I started my career with Westmill as a Business Development Manager immediately after graduating. I built strong relationships with our routes to market and indirect customers to unlock opportunities for growth across the country. 3 years later I moved into the Regional Sales Manager role, working directly with our Wholesalers, Cash and Carry’s and Retail customers, responsible for the sales within the southern region. The role helped me gain a deeper understanding of exactly how to build winning relationships to help grow both businesses whilst understanding the dynamics of an ever-growing market. In 2020 I moved into the Senior Customer Manager role with direct responsibility for our sales managers along with personally managing key customers. I feel my journey with Westmill demonstrates the opportunities for personal development and growth within the ABF business.
