The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our team in a day-based role. This position is key to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and systems across the site, with a focus on both planned and reactive maintenance activities. You’ll carry out fault diagnosis, breakdown repairs, equipment servicing and plan maintenance across plant and site. The role also involves ensuring compliance with statutory checks and GMP with a focus on the planned maintenance element of the role. You will own and drive planned maintenance activities on maintenance days, supporting the reliability engineers, shift teams and engineering planner, working together to execute, refine and maintain best in class maintenance standards. 

The successful candidate will need relevant engineering qualifications and experience working in an FMCG environment. We’re looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, consistently delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers. You’ll also be expected to make decisions within the framework of site policies and customer compliance requirements, while providing effective equipment care
