Westmill appealed to me due to the fabulous range of products and brands, and has provided me with the opportunity to work in food categories and distribution channels new to me. A hugely enticing aspect has been the organisational structure of ABF, Westmill’s parent company, whereby companies are autonomous giving them the freedom to operate as per the needs of their respective markets.
I joined in 2012 to lead the Brand Marketing team for our East Asian portfolio of brands, then moved on to head up Brand Marketing for our Consumer Brands after a couple of years. I now lead the Brand Marketing, Innovation, Insight and Product Development teams, which provides me with plenty of variety and challenge. Never a dull moment!
