Describe your career at Westmill in 100 words

I joined Westmill in 2013 as Shopper Marketing Manager, building on the experience I had gained doing similar roles in other ABF businesses.  This role was diverse, challenging and rewarding as I worked closely across all brands in the business.  In 2016, I moved into brand marketing where I currently manage the Rajah brand.  By gaining a deeper understanding of consumer needs and developing a brand strategy to match, this role has enabled me to broaden my experiences and lead a number of interesting and challenging projects that have resulted in brand growth, providing a great sense of achievement.

Your favourite Westmill product

Apart from all the Rajah products of course, I’d have to say Jimmy’s Saté Sauce – I cook with it at least once a week.
