The role:

As an important member of our team in the North or Midlands you will manage a range of direct and indirect customers. The primary focus is on creating demand with chefs for our products in Indian restaurants and takeaways, but you will also be responsible for delivering volume through your direct customers. Your role is to build strong influence with your chefs and customers to drive listings of new products and to build and implement plans to improve ranging of existing brands. You will work in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and other Territory Managers to drive overall sales in this channel.

What we are looking for:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong selling instinct. Candidates will have at least 1 year’s proven sales experience within the FMCG or Indian Foods sector as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally, your background will be in this market, with experience of influencing chefs vert desirable. Matching strong influence with robust planning, you will have the ability to build winning relationships across your customer base and a track record of “making things happen” in your career to date. A clean full UK driving license is a key requirement.
