There is now a fantastic opportunity to join the Chinese Field Sales Team as Territory Manager covering the Midlands area.
As an important member of our team in the Midlands, you will manage a range of direct and indirect Chinese Retailers and Wholesalers. Your primary focus will be to create demand for our products with indirect customers and delivering volume through direct stores. You will also build strong influence with your customers and drive listings of new products. Building and implementing plans to increase rates of sale through improved range, campaigns and in store execution, is also key to this role. You will work in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and other Territory Managers to drive overall sales in the Midlands area.
What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role you must demonstrate a strong selling instinct and have at least 1 year’s proven sales experience within the FMCG or Ethnic Sales sector. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills. Matching a strong influence with robust planning, you will have the ability to build winning relationships across your customer base and a track record of “making things happen” in your career to date. A clean full UK driving licence is a key requirement.
