There is now a fantastic opportunity to join the Chinese Field Sales Team as Territory Manager covering the Southern Region area.
As an important member of our team in the South, you will manage a range of direct Chinese Retailers as well as visiting Chinese/Thai Restaurants & Takeaways. Your primary focus will be delivering volume through direct customers. You will also build strong influence with your customers and drive listings of new products. Building and implementing plans to increase rates of sale through improved range, campaigns and in store execution is also key to this role. You will work in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and other Territory Managers to drive overall sales in the Southern Region
What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role you must demonstrate a strong selling instinct, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills. You should have at least 1 year’s proven sales experience ideally within the FMCG or Ethnic Sales sector and demonstrate the ability to build winning relationships across your customer base, along with a track record of “making things happen” in your career to date. You will be fluent in English, and it is desirable to be able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese languages. A clean full UK driving licence is a key requirement.
