You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy for our spice brand Rajah in its quest to recover the number #1 position in the Ethnic channel and maintain its leading position in the Grocery Multiples. The brand has benefitted from receiving significant capital investment recently. As a result, the role requires a strong commercial marketer able to work exceptionally well cross-functionally, as this role involves close collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing, as well as across the whole of the Supply Chain.
What are we looking for:
The role will entail the development and delivery of successful brand plans (annually and 3 yearly), alongside an effective management of the brand’s P&L and KPIs, whilst the launch and nurture of new commercial and NPD initiatives will also be integral to this exciting opportunity. With “above the line” and “below the line” management (TV, OOH, & social media), a demonstrable track record in managing agencies would be advantageous. Excellent project management skills and the ability to navigate complexity, together with great communication skills and line management experience are also important requirements for this role.
The ideal candidate will have confident stakeholder management skills at all levels, as this role requires high level of interaction with the Board. If successful in role you will be part of a dynamic and talented team of 4 reporting into the Marketing Manager, Consumer Brands.
