We have a unique, exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join our team and shape the future of our business. Developing strong relationships and meeting the needs of a broad range of customers, encompassing Asian Consumer, Restaurant & Takeaway, Mainstream Grocery, Wholesale, Foodservice, online and B2B and communicating and delivering a rolling 5-year multi-channel sales strategy for the Westmill portfolio within the UK market.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering challenging sales targets across a broad set of customers and categories ideally within the South or East Asian markets. You will have a strong food industry network and an inclusive and engaging leadership style which values and maximises the contribution of all members of a large and diverse team.
Success is defined by the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and make critical decisions that deliver long term business results. As a key member of the Westmill Board you will work to ensure that Westmill meets its annual Profit and Working Capital targets whilst creating a sustainable business model for the future.
