We are now seeking a talented and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our team. You will have the responsibility of delivering regional sales volumes and gross contribution whilst also working closely with the rest of the Westmill Sales Team. You will be responsible for developing regional sales plans based on insight gathered from the great relationships you will nurture with our customers, making it your mission to understand their needs in order to improve our business forecasting and analysis accordingly.
What we are looking for::
To succeed in this role you will have a proven sales experience within the FMCG or Ethnic Sales sector, supplemented by excellent communication skills and a keen selling instinct. With great analytical and planning capability, you will have a “can do” attitude and a track record of “making things happen”. A clean full UK driving license is a key requirement.
