We now have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Receptionist & Administrator, working 24 hours per week (flexible hours) to join the team.
What does the role offer?
This role will cover reception on a 24 hours, part-time basis with flexible start and finish time, being first point of contact and greeting a range of visitors to the site including customers, contractors, suppliers, auditors etc.
You will manage deliveries and parcels ensuring they are collected in a timely manner, monitoring and ordering all office stationery, first aid supplies, PPE and production consumables, and general consumables, ensuring appropriate levels and organising of stock at all times.
The role will also include creating and managing security passes, keeping tight control of the passes and process, coordinating training courses and keeping records up to date, being the site contact for the third party PPE provider and filing of paperwork.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have 2 years previous office administration experience, be PC Literate with Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint and have purchasing experience. You will have a flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle and prioritise a number of tasks, with attention to detail and the ability to work as part of team.
