Westmill is a friendly, culturally and ethnically diverse environment, with a unique family feeling where no one feels like the new person for long and everybody has the chance to make a real difference to the business.

Westmill Enfield has expanded the size of its packing operation in the last two years. Our factory now includes the Rajah Spice packing operation in addition to our edible oils and coconut environment. Joining our Production team at this time means, you will have the fantastic opportunity to learn about the manufacturing/packing aspects within both areas and you will have the ability to input into building a safe, robust and efficient new department within the site.

There is a fantastic opportunity to join the Manufacturing Team as a Shift Manager at the Enfield site. Our shift patterns are AM shift (6am-3pm) and PM shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday. We are looking for candidates comfortable with either fixed shifts or rotating shifts. You will be able to work night shifts if and when required.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you should be a natural leader, able to engage and motivate a team of people whilst setting clear health and safety, quality and food safety standards. You will also be a proven problem solver and have a track record of driving efficiency and achieving savings through continuous improvement within a Food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be required to cover the site shift management across our spices and oil departments.

What’s in it for you:

In addition to a competitive remuneration and benefits package working at Westmill will be an exciting challenge. This is a great opportunity to develop yourself and your career in the UK or internationally either within Westmill or Associated British Foods, our parent Company.

Westmill is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive working environment – a place where we can all be ourselves and succeed on merit.
