Westmill is a dynamic, fast-paced and ambitious business with a diverse, friendly culture. Following an internal move, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead the Chef Brands Marketing team which includes the following market leading brands, Amoy, Lucky Boat & Patak’s.
In this role you will look to achieve competitive advantage and create market opportunities through a fully developed and insight led marketing strategy and will be accountable for delivering on our commercial targets. In addition, you will have responsibility for your team leading and executing key projects, both branded and own label, in our strategically important Noodle category.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role within our Marketing Team and we are looking for a commercially astute Marketer with the experience or capability to lead and inspire a high calibre and professional team that is both collaborative and fun.
To succeed in this role, you will have a demonstrable track record of brand planning and strategy in an FMCG environment (ideally food/drink), as well as experience of brand communications, consumer research and NPD/Innovation. The ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups successfully and a tenacious, but pragmatic ‘can do’ attitude are also essential attributes. Last, but not least, you will have a great sense of humour!
