Due to an internal promotion, we have a unique, exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director to join our team and shape the future of our business. The role involves developing a robust understanding of our customer and consumer groups in order to define, communicate and deliver a compelling Marketing strategy and driving our product development to ensure that our products, plans and activities meet consumer needs and our strategic objectives.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of outstanding leadership within the marketing function and/or product development. You will have a strong food industry network and an inclusive and engaging leadership style which values and maximises the contribution of all members of the team.
Success is defined by the ability to deliver long term business results through thinking outside of the box and applying analysis and insight to maximise new opportunities. Understanding, inspiring, influencing and engaging a diverse range of consumers and building strong internal and external relationships, identifying relevant areas of innovation and managing both the NPD and EPD pipelines to ensure that our products meet the changing needs of the market and consumer.
As a key member of the Westmill Board you will work to ensure that Westmill meets its annual Profit and Working Capital targets whilst creating a sustainable business model for the future.
