There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Trafford Production team as a Line Technician. Your primary objective is to ensure the safe, effective and efficient running of the production lines; maintaining Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards at all times. Key to the role is meeting the requirements of the production plan, achieving OEE targets, achieving standard yields and adhering to the labour budget. The role is a highly skilled role in which the individual has accountability for all aspects of the line running, including set up, changeover and process control. There is a high level of quality control built into the role.

What the role entails:

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures ensuring that the working environment is safe at all times, as well as all processes and equipment in accordance with operating procedures. You will need to use all available resources and maintain a hygienic/orderly working environment and all paperwork is completed on time and accurately.

What we are looking for:

You are well organised and structured in managing priorities. You have excellent attention to detail and are rigorous with Health & Safety and Food Safety. You should be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make the right decisions and effectively escalate issues as they arise. You have experience of managing stocks, and running a production line
