So who are we looking for?

We have a unique, exciting opportunity for a Line Technicians to join our team at Enfield. You will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient running, maintenance, changeover and troubleshooting of the spice production lines. You will be expected to champion a zero-accident culture, excellent focus on food safety and quality and to drive Westmill’s key behaviours. You will play an active role in the delivery of departmental performance targets such as OEE, right first time (RFT), waste and yield. Once trained, you will also be expected to complete basic equipment condition monitoring, preventative maintenance duties and basic engineering repairs.

You will have a demonstrable track record of working within a team and using your own initiative to drive performance and be reliable with an excellent work ethic. You will also need to be flexible to complete various tasks on an ad hoc basis. Proactive thinking and a positive approach are also important attributes to be successful in this role. You must have a flexible approach to working on different lines and different tasks across the production area. At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift as well as at weekends.
