The HR Business Partner, Projects is pivotal to this, working closely across the business to establish and embed leading people management activities in the areas of recruitment, retention, training, development, inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing.


The role delivers key projects as set out in the HR Strategy, examples of which for the current year include;

  • Leading our Employer Branding development and implementation. This includes understanding engagement with our organisational values, driving our employee survey action plans and creating engaging internal and external communications.
  • Designing and implementing an inclusive sourcing strategy and tools. Activities involve developing a recruitment toolkit, developing a sourcing map and ensuring that our recruitment process aligns with our promote inclusivity pillar.
  • Launching fit for purpose development tools and actions. This includes creating and delivering training content on Personal Development Planning, Career Conversations and facilitating line manager development.

You will be happy to get involved in making that happen through personal delivery as well as being able to stand back and deliver through others. You will have a keen interest in our products, customers and consumers and be excited by the opportunity to join a small HR team with big ambitions.
