There is a now an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our existing team as HR Advisor, for a period of up to 12 months.
This will be a very hands-on role where you will provide effective day to day HR guidance and support to the Head Office and Enfield Site Management teams on employment relations cases and recruitment campaigns. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will manage HR systems processes and administration for the Enfield site, in conjunction with the HR Coordinator. Producing management information to support the HR function plan as well as managing HR projects are also key elements of this role.
So what we are looking for?
To apply for this role, you should be of graduate calibre with a proven track record of HR experience in managing employment relations cases and recruitment campaigns, preferably within an FMCG environment. Excellent verbal and written communication as well as influencing skills are essential. CIPD qualification is desirable.
