What does the role offer:

Reporting to the Finance & I.S. Director, you will be responsible for leading management information reporting and the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the business. You will be a key member of the Westmill Leadership Team, and will attend Performance Board meetings, providing insight on business performance. You will work cross functionally to deliver best in class internal control and compliance standards, as well as lead the implementation of better risk management and governance processes across the business. You will lead a team delivering Central Finance and Credit Control disciplines, as well as being a key contact for outsourced back office functions in other parts of the ABF group.

What are we looking for:

You will ideally have a number of years post qualified experience (ACA, ACCA preferred) with an audit background, supplemented with strong internal controls knowledge and experience of designing and implementing processes and process improvements. You will also have:
• A track record of building and managing high performing teams and delivering through others
• Excellent technical accounting skills
• Sound commercial awareness and strong business acumen

• Have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of effective business partnering
• Be comfortable with the detail, but able to see the bigger picture
