This is a great opportunity for an experienced Planner, or for someone with a real interest in this area, to play an integral role in driving better forecast accuracy across the business, to deliver better service to customers and greater efficiency in our supply chain.

You will be responsible for managing the sales forecasting processes for a portfolio of brands and customer accounts and have a real focus on creating high quality demand plans. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate these plans, ensuring any changes to forecast are communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner, whilst continuously striving to improve forecast accuracy. You will also have a key role to play in conducting Demand Input meetings, in line with the Harmony/Integrated Business Planning Process, as well as supporting initiatives across the business aimed at delivering better service to customers.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with lots of energy and drive, who thrives on taking accountability and has a real focus on delivering results. Ideally with experience of forecasting processes in an S&OP/IBP environment, the ability to build effective relationships, together with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, will be critical to your success.

You will be an excellent communicator and PC/systems literate, whilst your analytical skills and eye for detail, together with an ability work collaboratively will also be important attributes for this role.
