There is now a fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Services team as a Customer Services Supervisor based at our Head Office in Enfield.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager and managing a team of Customer Service Executives covering the UK and Europe you will be responsible for guaranteeing ‘right first time’ activities. This will involve working closely with the Distribution Controller and liaising with our Third Party Logistic partners to ensure delivery issues are managed and commuciated, collaborating with the commercial team to actively engage with our customers requirements and proactively investigate and offer solutions to customer service issues.

As Customer Services Supervisor a large part of your role will be the leadership and coaching of the executives in your team to help deliver key customer services KPI’s (order entry, service delivery, order fill, returns and credit management) and to achieve a great customer service experience.

To be successful in this role you should be a natural leader and will need to have experience in managing a team. You will be able to make complex decisions autonomously showing a specific commercial awareness and orientation in your approach. You will also be a proven problem solver and have a track record of customer experience improvements.
