We have an exciting opportunity to join Westmill as part of the Customer Services team based at our Head Office in Enfield. This is a full-time position in a busy and dynamic department.

Working in a team of 3 Customer Service Executives covering the UK you will be responsible for the full order life cycle, ensuring we deliver the highest customer experience. This will involve liaising with our Third Party Logistic partners to ensure delivery issues are managed and commuciated, working closely with the sales team to actively engage with our customers requirements and proactively investigate and offer solutions to customer service issues.

You will have good knowledge and experience within a customer services environment dealing with internal and external customers at all levels. You need to be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy of administration work. You need to be a strong team player who can quickly build effective relationships.
