What does the role offer:

As an important member of our team in the North or Midlands you will manage a range of direct and indirect retail customers. The primary focus will be to increase the distribution of our brands in key regions across the North or Midlands. You will be responsible for delivering volume through your direct customers and supporting them through our end to end sales strategy. Your role is to build strong influence with your direct and indirect customers to drive listings of new products, and to build and implement plans to improve our range of existing brands. You will work in collaboration with Senior Customer Managers and other Customer Managers to drive overall sales in this channel.

 

What are we looking for:

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid selling instinct. Candidates will have at least 1 year’s proven sales experience within the FMCG or South Asian Foods sector as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally, your background will be in this market, with experience of influencing a wide range of retailers very desirable. Matching strong influence with robust planning, you will have the ability to build winning relationships across your customer base and a track record of “making things happen” in your career to date. A clean full UK driving license is a key requirement.
