What the role offers:

As an important member of our South Asian Team you will manage a range of retailers and wholesalers in the South region. You will be responsible for delivering tough volume and margin targets. Your role is to build strong influence with your customers in order to drive listings of new products and to build and implement plans to improve rates of sale through improved range, campaigns and high quality in store execution. You will work in collaboration with the Senior Customer Manager and other Customer Managers to drive overall sales in your region

What we are looking for:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong selling instinct. Candidates will ideally have at 1 to 2 year’s proven sales experience within the FMCG or South Asian Sales sector as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Alongside your ability to match strong influence with robust planning, you will be able to demonstrate past examples of winning relationships built across your customer base and a track record of “making things happen” in your career to date. A clean full UK driving license is a key requirement.

If successful, you will report directly to the Senior Customer Manager and be part of a team of 5 that includes the Customer Controller, 2 Senior Customer Managers and 2 Customer Managers.
