The Opportunity

As a key member of our small segment team, you will support the delivery of our commercial strategies in CIS and Dry Rice; your primary focus will be to support the sales teams to win new business through improved distribution or improving market share. You will manage the CIS Brand portfolio, ensuring that the brand positioning remains relevant and consistent across ranges, whilst working closely with your sales and marketing colleagues to support the building of commercial proposals, including basket promotions, “back-to-back” opportunities, customer initiatives, distribution drives and activation plans. You will build strong influential relationships with internal stakeholders to get things done and be the “go to” person for internal queries on this important business segment.

Who are we looking for?

This exciting opportunity will suit someone looking to develop their commercial career, with experience in either Sales or Marketing. You will demonstrate a strong natural drive and a will to win. You will have commercial experience from within the FMCG, South Asian or East Asian channels, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally, you will have experience of working in culturally diverse organisations with a varied and broad range of products and building commercial plans and brand positioning to suit the needs of a diverse range of customers. You will be highly numerate and be able to match strong influence with robust planning to make things happen. Some travel will be involved, so a full, clean driver’s licence is ideal.
